Refund policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This policy explains how cancelling and refunds work for Sendmint plans. It is part of our Terms of service.
1. Our plans
- Sendmint plans are monthly and paid in advance.
- Sendmint is not GST registered yet, so plan prices have no GST.
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No credit card is needed, and we do not charge you automatically when the trial ends.
2. Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time from Settings in the app, or by emailing support@sendmint.in.
- Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.
3. Refund of your first payment
If Sendmint is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to the first payment on an account only.
4. Later payments
We do not give refunds for later payments or for partial months, for example if you cancel halfway through a month. This does not apply where the law requires a refund, or if we end the service for you without cause; in that case we refund the unused part of your current month on a pro-rata basis.
5. Wrong charges
If we charge you by mistake, for example twice for the same month or the wrong amount, tell us and we will refund the wrongly charged amount within 7 working days.
6. Meta's message charges
Meta charges for WhatsApp messages and bills these charges directly to the payment method in your Meta account. They are not part of your Sendmint plan, so Sendmint cannot refund them. For questions about Meta's charges, contact Meta through your Meta Business account.
7. How to ask for a refund
Email support@sendmint.in from the email address of your account, with the date and amount of the payment. We will confirm by email. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you paid with; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
