How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with every feature. No credit card is needed, and we never charge you automatically when the trial ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
From day 10 we remind you to choose a plan. If you have not chosen one when the trial ends, everything keeps working for 3 more days. After that your account is paused: you can still log in, read your inbox, see and export your data, and choose a plan, but you cannot send campaigns, reply to chats, submit templates, import contacts or run auto-replies. We keep your data for 90 days. Choose a plan at any time and everything works again straight away.
How does Meta bill message charges?
Meta charges for each WhatsApp message a business sends, based on its type: ₹0.8631 for marketing and ₹0.115 for utility and authentication messages in India, plus 18% GST. Meta bills these charges directly to the payment method in your own Meta account. They are separate from your Sendmint plan, and Sendmint adds no markup. Replies within 24 hours of a customer's message are free for the first 1,000 every month.
Do you charge GST?
Sendmint is not GST registered yet, so our plan prices have no GST. Meta adds 18% GST to its own message charges.
How do I cancel?
Cancel at any time from Settings in the app, or by emailing support@sendmint.in. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. After that your account is paused and your data is kept for 90 days, so you can export it or come back.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you ask within 7 days of your first payment: we refund it in full. We do not refund later payments for part of a month. If we charge you by mistake, we refund that amount within 7 working days. Meta's message charges are billed by Meta, so Sendmint cannot refund them. Read the refund policy.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time. An upgrade applies straight away. A downgrade applies from your next renewal. If you have more team members or contacts than the new plan allows, nothing is deleted, but you cannot add new ones until you are under the limit.
