Sending and growing
Connect your website form
When someone fills the form on your website, Sendmint saves them as a contact and can send them WhatsApp follow-ups, only if they agreed.
Step 1: Copy your form link
In Sendmint, go to Settings → Website forms and click Copy. Keep the link private: anyone with it can add leads. If it was shared by mistake, click Make a new link; the old one stops working at once.
Your form link in Settings → Website forms Step 2: Forminator: add the webhook
In WordPress, go to Forminator → Forms and edit your form. Open Integrations, connect Webhook, paste your form link and save. Your plugin may show this differently.
Forminator → Integrations → Webhook Step 3: Elementor Forms: add the webhook
Edit the page with Elementor and click your Form widget. In Actions After Submit, add Webhook. A Webhook section appears: paste your form link there and click Update. Elementor may show this differently.
Elementor → Actions After Submit → Webhook Step 4: Add a WhatsApp consent box
Add a checkbox such as “I agree to receive updates on WhatsApp”. Only people who tick it are saved as agreed and can get WhatsApp messages. Without it, Sendmint saves the lead as “Not asked yet” and sends nothing.
The consent box on your form Step 5: Send a test and match the fields
Fill your form once. The lead appears under Latest leads within a minute. Under Match your form fields, check which field is the Name, the WhatsApp number and the WhatsApp consent; other fields are saved on the contact (for example “Course”). Numbers without a country code get +91.
Match your form fields Step 6: Start a follow-up
Go to Automations → New follow-up, choose A website form is filled, then add messages (approved templates) and the waits between them. Follow-ups stop when the person replies or says STOP, and send only between 9 am and 8 pm. Follow-ups are on Growth and Pro.

Common problems
My leads don't appear in Sendmint
Check that the webhook has your current form link (a new link stops the old one). Send a test again and look under Latest leads.
A lead shows “No consent”
They didn't tick the WhatsApp consent box, or the box isn't matched as WhatsApp consent. Check Match your form fields.
A lead shows “No valid number”
The number field was empty or not a phone number, or another field is matched as the WhatsApp number.
A lead shows “Over contact limit”
Your plan's contact limit is reached. Upgrade your plan or delete contacts you no longer need.
