Sending and growing

Increase your daily messaging limit

Meta limits how many different customers your number can message first in 24 hours. Here's how the limit grows.

  1. Step 1: What the daily limit counts

The limit is how many different customers you can message first, with a template, in any 24 hours. New numbers usually start at 250. After that come 2,000, 10,000, 100,000 and unlimited.

    The limit grows in steps
  2. Step 2: See your limit in Sendmint

Settings → WhatsApp number shows your Daily messaging limit and Quality rating, and so does the account health card on Home. A bigger campaign is split across days automatically (“250 today, 250 tomorrow…”), and nobody gets it twice.

  3. Step 3: Verify your business with Meta

To go above 250, verify your business in Meta Business Suite: Business settings → Security Centre → Start verification. Meta asks for your business's legal name, address and website, and documents that prove them. Use exactly the same name and address as on your documents. Meta may show this differently, and it decides how long the review takes.

Start verification in Meta Business settings
  4. Step 4: Keep your quality rating high

Meta raises the limit over time as you send to more customers and your quality rating stays good (High or Medium). If many people block you or report your messages, the rating drops to Low and Meta can lower your limit. Send only to people who agreed, keep messages useful, and keep the Stop promotions button.

Sendmint shows the new limit as soon as Meta reports it. Next: invite your team.
Quality rating: High, Medium or Low

Common problems

My limit says “Not set yet” or “Check in WhatsApp Manager”

Meta hasn't told Sendmint the limit yet. Open WhatsApp Manager from Settings → WhatsApp number to see it there.

Why didn't everyone get my campaign today?

Sendmint never sends to more people in 24 hours than your limit. It sends to the rest automatically as soon as the limit allows, and nobody gets the message twice.

My quality rating is Low

Pause marketing for a few days, send only to people who agreed, and make the next messages clearly useful. Meta updates the rating as people react.
